System Training’s Transport Operators Compliance System (TROCS) provides a step by step safety system for ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation for transport operators.

How TROCS works

The TROCS system is implemented in two stages.Stage one consists of assigning a Risk Advisor who will conduct an interview and full inspection of transport activities, providing a written report and recommendations and a Risk Management Plan.The Risk Advisor will arrange bi-annual reviews to identify and check progress against actions. Any additional updates and procedures that are required to meet full compliance will be introduced as necessary.The Risk Advisor acts as a mentor in achieving the planned programme within agreed timescales. Our Risk Management Team will be available throughout the contract to consult on the progress of the programme and provide additional assistance.
